This is includes an onsite visual assessment (includes onsite travel), log book audit and review to determine an accurate value. Appraisal reports are generally 10-30 pages depending on the size of the aircraft, the amount of detail, and also pictures required in the report (both hard and electronic copy).
USPAP Compliant Standard Aircraft Appraisal
This type of appraisal meets USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Criteria. This reporting includes all the information received in a standard aircraft appraisal (also includes on site travel). In addition, research and appraisal of comparable assets recently sold is presented with a sales analysis and expert assessment for present market conditions.
Valuation Services
An aircraft value assessment without an onsite visit utilizing industry standard databases. This includes an electronic report with a basic idea of the aircraft’s value without going into the depth of a standard appraisal (useful for those seeking a quick approximate value for a minimal cost).
